1. “All Hail The King!” This is what Rocco silently says every day, he definitely rules this house and knows it.
2. I think this wine cup would be perfect for me to drink out of while giving halloween candy out next Friday. There should be an adult trick or treat with wine

3. It’s scarf season and Target has the bestttttttttttttt scarves. I was eyeing up this scarf there too and so many others. Oh, these pants I got the other day there, in love! I got the last pair at my Target, too!

4. Speaking of Target, did you know that there is free shipping on ANY order at Target from now until December 20th? Now you do! Happy Holidays!
5. On my sweet potato sweet style kick this week over here. I was sick of sweet potatoes for about a month, now I am back on the sweet potato train. Adding greek yogurt, nut butter, and granola on top is the way to go.
6. My 5:30 am workouts, those are still kicking ass over here. 3 days a week I am up and getting a workout in for 30 minutes. I did cardio 3 days this week in the morning and I did some dumbbell exercises in the afternoon a couple days. Just doing some arm exercises with the weights, nothing cray! I just want to keep those arms strong and I add lunges and squats in too.
7. I tried Tim Hortons dark roast the other day and it was good. I am just not a dark roast kind of gal over here but I wanted to try it anyways. I will stick to my light or medium roast coffee
8. I send this to my sisters and friends every Wednesday now, ha ha! This season of AHS is awesome and scary as hell. Mike will randomly send me pics of “twisty the clown” to creep me out and try to torture me. The clown is creeeeeeeepy.
9. Rocco loves the Melissa and Doug puzzles. We have a couple of them and I plan on getting him some more for christmas. Target is starting to sell more of the Melissa and Doug brand which is nice. I got the puzzle in this pic there.

Overnight oats with oats,pumpkin,pumpkin pie spice, Big Slice pumpkin spice apples, jif pumpkin pie spice pb, pumpkin greek yogurt. YUM!

Tonight we have no plans but tomorrow night I somehow thought that going to this was a fun idea and now I am scareeeed! Me, Anthony, Mike, my sister Gina, sister Angela , her husband, and a couple others are going. Our zombie shooting ride isn’t until 11 pm at night! Eeeeeek! I think it will be scary but fun.
